Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our loan syndication services
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments with potential clients
• Provide information to clients about our services and answer any questions they may have
• Help clients understand the loan process and guide them through the application process
• Update and maintain accurate client records in our database
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and appointment scheduling goals
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and achieve team goals
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with loan syndication and related financial services is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree
