Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Account Manager to build and maintain
strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
ensuring customer satisfaction, driving business growth, and acting as the primary
point of contact between the company and its clients. The candidate should possess a
strong understanding of Information Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
•Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
•Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
•Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, service, and IT support) to ensure
seamless service delivery.
•Manage client accounts, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
•Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to assess their satisfaction.
•Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
•Analyze client feedback to improve services.
•Prepare reports on client interactions, feedback, and business growth opportunities.
•Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic
recommendations.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT,Marketing, or a related field.
•Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks.
•Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
•Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis.

•Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
•Experience handling high-value accounts.
•Knowledge of project management tools.
