Description

We get documents across the world in different languages. We have 1 month of training. The candidate will go through the balance sheet or financial documents. Candidates should have basic knowledge of assets and liabilities. The candidate has to convert the assigned documents by using our software. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in document conversion is must

We also hire interns who do not have relevant experience but are from B.COM or M.COM and understand the basics of balance sheets. Having experience in the Audit Department or having done QC for financial documents (must understand financial tables or financial documents)

Document correction role:- Minimum 1 yr experience

Salary Package:- INR 14,000 to INR 20,000

Login hours:- 10 AM to 7 PM (8 active login hours per day)

Work days:- 6 days a week with rotational off

Qualification:- B.com / M.Com / B.B.A or B.E / Any financial-related background

1. Job description: Copying, Scanning, Converting, and Storing documents. Checking for accuracy and editing the document tables & files, like contracts. 

2. Reviewing and updating technical documents (e.g., manuals and workflows)

Note:

A 24-inch monitor is mandatory and must be arranged by the user.

Gig work payout structure will be applicable to all.

7-day notice period is mandatory for Full & Final settlement of payout

Holidays will be as per the approved client holiday calendar.

Any leave taken will result in a proportional deduction in payout.

Incase of emergency / sick leave, appropriate documents to be provided

Should have knowledge of the below points.

● How is net income calculated on the income statement?

● Differentiate between operating and non-operating income on the income statement.

● Explain the concept of earnings per share (EPS) as seen in the income statement.

Cash Flow Statement: 

● What is the main purpose of the cash flow statement?

● How does the cash flow statement differ from the income statement?

● Explain the three sections of the cash flow statement: operating & Investing

Balance Sheet: 

● What information does the balance sheet provide about a company?

● Differentiate between assets and liabilities on the balance sheet.

● What does shareholders' equity represent on the balance sheet?

● Explain the concept of the accounting equation in relation to the balance sheet.
