Hiring Now: Inbound & Outbound Tele callers ( Work from home)
We are seeking motivated and skilled Tele callers to join our team.
Position Details:
Job Titles: Inbound Tele caller & Outbound Tele caller
Languages Required: English and Telugu
Work Days: 6 days a week (Rotational Week Off)
Monthly Payout: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 (Based on experience and skill set)
Qualifications:
Educational Background: BPharm, DPharm, Biology, or any medical-related field is mandatory for inbound/Outbound calling .
Experience: Previous experience in hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, or medical firms. Telesales experience is mandatory .
Responsibilities:
Inbound Telecallers:
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Provide accurate information and support to customers.
Document customer interactions and maintain records.
Outbound Telecallers:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Promote products or services and close sales deals.
Follow up on customer leads and inquiries.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication in English and Telugu.
Ability to handle high call volumes.
