Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to manage, maintain, and

optimize our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-

on experience with IT administration, possess strong technical expertise, and

demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams

and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Good knowledge of different operating systems, and networks (LAN, WAN,

firewalls) and databases

Good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Applications, VPN,

etc.

Familiarize with system security, virtualization, data backup and recovery and

patch management

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Certifications in MCSA, CCNA, and Azure, along with a Network course, will be an

added advantage

Install and configure software and hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, etc.)

Manage networks, servers, and technology tools

Set up accounts and workstations for users in the organization

Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our user

encounter

Monitor the performance and health of systems and maintain them according to

requirements

Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and

security issue resolution
