Key Responsibilities:

 Client Communication: Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails from clients,

answering inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

 Calendar Management: Manage and maintain the team’s schedules, appointments, and

events effectively.

 Email Management: Monitor and organize email inboxes, respond to client emails, and

follow up on pending communications.

 Monday.com: Use Monday.com for task tracking, project management, and coordination

across teams.

 Canva Design: Assist with creating basic designs and visuals for client communication,

marketing materials, and social media.

 Team Support: Provide administrative support to team members, take on requests, and

ensure efficient workflow.

 MS Office: Use MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for various administrative tasks

and reporting.

 Collaboration: Work effectively within a team and ensure that tasks are completed promptly

and accurately.

 Flexibility: Adapt to changing tasks and demands, ensuring that all projects are handled

professionally and within the required timeframes.
