Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients via phone calls and WhatsApp to schedule meetings with our Principal Architect.
- Understand client requirements related to construction, real estate, or interiors and relay them effectively to the Principal Architect.
- Maintain and update client interactions, leads, and meeting schedules in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely responses and confirmed meeting attendance.
- Provide basic information about our services, processes, and timelines to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the Principal Architect to refine engagement strategies and enhance lead conversion.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build trust over calls and WhatsApp.
- Experience in the construction, real estate, or interior design industry is mandatory.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for managing leads and tracking client interactions.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality leads and scheduling productive meetings.
- Prior experience in inside sales or client engagement is preferred.
