Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various functions to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications to match job requirements.
- Job Postings: Write clear, engaging job descriptions and post on relevant platforms, ensuring job ads are optimized for maximum visibility.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Provide advice on market trends and talent availability.
- Offer Management: Assist in the negotiation and presentation of job offers to selected candidates. Handle pre-employment checks and onboarding processes.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire. Continuously improve recruiting strategies to optimize results.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role within talent acquisition, with a focus on [industry or roles, e.g., tech, sales, operations].
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment methods, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations.
