Position Overview

The Sales Expert cum Trainer will play a dual role — driving B2B sales through strategic lead generation and outreach, while also training and guiding the internal sales and lead generation teams. This role demands a blend of hands-on sales expertise, strong communication skills, and leadership abilities to ensure consistent performance, productivity, and business growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, engaging with prospects across multiple channels, conducting demos, closing deals, and building a high-performing sales culture through effective training and mentorship.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Expertise

  • Generate high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn and other lead generation tools.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach via Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Cold Calls.
  • Conduct sales demos and client pitches effectively.
  • Manage sales follow-ups and closure of deals.
  • Maintain CRM records, reports, and daily activity logs.

Training & Team Development

  • Train and mentor the Lead Generation and Sales team on tools, communication, and workflow.
  • Conduct regular sales training sessions, refreshers, and performance reviews.
  • Assist in creating sales scripts, templates, and best practices.
  • Support the Team Leads in productivity tracking and process improvements.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Contribute to strategy planning and process optimization.
  • Handle any other assigned responsibilities related to business growth and training initiatives.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation and sales.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outreach automation platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
