Job Description: Tele caller (Sales Focus)
Position: Tele caller (Sales)
Experience: Minimum 6 months of tele calling experience with proven sales track record
Work Mode – Work from Home
Candidate Preferred Location: Mumbai (Knowledge of Mumbai’s geography preferred)
Remuneration: ₹16,000 to ₹18,000 per month

Scope of Engagement:
- Process: Feedback Tele calling.
- Language(s): Hindi and Manageable English.
- Working Hours: 9 hours (including a 1-hour break).
- Working Days: 26 days per month (specific days to be decided).
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling Services:
- Engage with potential riders provided by FlexiFleets.
- Ensure effective communication to facilitate successful placements with partner brands.
- Meet sales targets and deliver measurable results.
- Inbound Call Management:
- Handle incoming calls related to grievances or payout resolutions.
- Promptly escalate complex issues to the backend team to ensure swift resolutions.
Key Objectives:
- Establish faster and efficient communication channels.
- Deliver measurable sales results.
- Maintain high standards of customer and rider satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of tele calling experience, with a proven sales track record.
- Familiarity with Mumbai’s geography and topography.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
