REQUIREMENTS
Minimum one or two years of work experience in a data entry,
research, or support role; experience in financial services or recruitment
research is highly desirable
High attention to detail and evidence of strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is
essential
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote or
team-based setting
Strong written communication skills; fluency in English is required
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct comprehensive market mapping across various regions,
including Switzerland, Israel, CEE, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, Far
East & Latin America. This involves identifying key players, organizations,
and potential candidates in specific industries and sectors based on client
needs or internal requirements
Build and maintain accurate candidate databases, ensuring profiles
are updated and well-organized for talent searches
Provide in-depth research insights on industries, companies, and candidate
pools to support consultants on decision-making and client deliverables
Source candidates through online platforms, such as LinkedIn, and assist in
approaching them via email or other non-client-facing communication
channels when required
Collaborate with consultants to analyse client needs and identify
relevant candidates based on specified criteria, ensuring alignment with
the job requirements
Assist in preparing internal reports, candidate profiles, and market
intelligence summaries to support ongoing and future projects
Ensure data integrity and organization across all phases of research
and sourcing processes
Continuously explore new research methods and tools to enhance
efficiency and accuracy in candidate sourcing and market mapping
