Position: Telecaller

Location: Major Cities Across India

Process: Site Visit Booking

Job Type: Work From Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers over the phone to understand their needs and schedule site visits.
• Booking Site Visits: Coordinate and book site visits for potential clients based on their preferences, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
• Product Knowledge: Provide customers with detailed information about the Project.
• Lead Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate data for future follow-ups.
• Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to confirm bookings, provide additional information, or resolve any queries related to the site visit.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to the site visit process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for site visit bookings and customer interactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and listening skills in English and the regional language.
• Customer-oriented: Ability to address customer needs and queries effectively while maintaining professionalism.
• Team Player: Capable of working in a team-driven environment.
• Goal-oriented: Motivated to meet or exceed targets.
• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred. Real Estate industry experience will be add-on
• Tech-savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer operations.
