📍 Position: Telesales Executive
🖥️ Work Type: Full-time, Remote
⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM (Day Shift)
💼 Immediate Joiners Needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential customers through calls and provide detailed information about our courses.
- Understand customer needs to recommend the most suitable courses.
- Engage in effective communication to build trust and close sales.
- Provide excellent customer support and follow-up with leads.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales and product knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Mandatory: Previous telesales experience (any field).
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and support abilities.
- Ability to identify the right courses for candidates.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and at least one South Indian language.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus).

- HDD: 250GB
- Processor: Intel Core i3
- Operating System: Windows 10 or 11
- Internet: 40 Mbps (download & upload) with no fluctuations
- System Health: CPU & RAM utilization below 40%
- Headset: USB headset required
- Browser: Latest version of Google Chrome
Compensation:
- Salary: ₹13,000 - ₹16,000 per month
