Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 0–2 years in the edtech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers (students and parents) to promote our educational products or services.
- Explain course features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest.
- Convert leads into sales through effective follow-up and persuasion.
- Handle inbound calls and queries from existing and potential customers.
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead and call details.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team leader.
- Provide accurate product information and handle objections professionally.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (if applicable).
- Confidence, persuasion skills, and the ability to handle pressure.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or EdTech is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a team player mindset.
