Job Title: Sales Expert – US Calling (Voice Process)
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)
Experience: 3–5 years in Saas sales, International sales (US market preferred)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic Sales Expert to join our remote team and handle outbound/inbound calls with US-based customers. You will play a critical role in identifying sales opportunities, converting leads, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound sales calls to US-based prospects and leads.
* Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
* Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
* Maintain accurate call records and customer data in CRM systems.
* Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* 3–5 years of experience in saas sales, Cold calling, US outbound sales, or international voice process.
* Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Comfortable working night shifts (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST).
* Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Educational Qualifications:
* High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
* Sales certifications are an advantage, but not mandatory.
