Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecaller for our EdTech team. The role involves making outbound calls to parents, teachers, and prospective customers to invite them to attend our educational workshops and sessions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle high call volumes, and a strong customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 200+ outbound calls per day to parents, teachers, and potential leads.
• Explain the value and benefits of upcoming workshops, webinars, and demo sessions.
• Persuade and encourage prospects to register and participate in workshops.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, call status, and lead updates in the CRM.
• Follow communication “scripts” and guidelines when handling different topics.
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about the EdTech product or service.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and academic teams to ensure smooth lead follow-up.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Contribute to team meetings, feedback loops, and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales (EdTech preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
• Ability to handle high-volume calling efficiently.
• Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
