About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telecaller for Real Estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients, especially in the B2B space. Experience in real estate sales, particularly with HNI & Ultra HNI clients, will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate real estate leads.
- Follow up with existing clients and maintain a healthy client database.
- Explain real estate projects, services, and offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM tools accurately.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales (B2B experience preferred).
- Experience in real estate sales is a plus, especially with HNI & Ultra HNI clients.
- Proficient in English and Telugu; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
