Telecalling Executive (Automobile Process)

We are hiring enthusiastic and energetic candidates for a Telecalling Automobile Process.

Job Role:

• Handle outbound/inbound customer calls related to automobile services and products
• Explain vehicle offers, services, and captured certain details of customer
• Maintain customer records and follow-up data
• Resolve basic customer queries professionally

Requirements:

• Freshers can apply
• Good communication skills in English and any regional language
• Confident speaking and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in rotational shifts

Shift Details:

• Rotational shifts
• 9 hours duty including 1-hour break
• Rotational weekly off
