About the Role We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives for an on-call Personal Loan sales process. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their loan requirements, guiding them through the application journey, and achieving daily sales targets. Candidates should be confident in sales conversations, target-driven, and comfortable assisting customers over calls for app download, documentation, and form submission. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers. • Promote personal loan products and convert leads into successful sales. • Guide customers to download the mobile application and complete the application process over call. • Assist customers in filling required details and documentation. • Follow up with interested leads to maximize conversions. • Achieve daily minimum connected calls of 150 • Maintain call quality, productivity, and daily performance metrics. • Build customer trust and provide professional service. • Accurately update customer records in CRM / systems. • Meet monthly sales and attendance expectations. • Ensure proper customer engagement and professional communication standards. Candidate Requirements • Minimum 6 months of tele sales / tele calling experience. • Proven track record in achieving sales targets. • Experience in loan sales, BFSI, finance, or related sales process preferred. • Good communication skills in (Bengali, Hindi & English) , (Tamil, Hindi & English) (Kannada , Telgu , Hindi & English) • Ability to convince customers and close sales effectively. • Comfortable handling pressure and strict target-based environment. • Basic smartphone / app handling knowledge. • Good listening skills and objection handling ability. • Self-motivated and disciplined, especially for work-from-home setup. • Stable internet connection and professional work environment for remote work. • Immediate joiners preferred. System Requirements (For Work From Home) • Laptop / Desktop mandatory. • Minimum Intel i3 Processor or equivalent. • 8 GB RAM minimum. • 256 GB SSD minimum. • Minimum 6th Generation Processor or above. • Windows 10 / Windows 11 genuine OS preferred. • Broadband internet connection with stable speed. • USB Headset with clear microphone. • Power backup recommended for uninterrupted work. • Webcam preferred for training / meetings.
