Description

We are hiring Telecallers to connect with prospective customers and guide them through Viksit Capital's Secured Business Loan and Loan Against Property offerings, from the initial pitch through application follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers (target: 250-300 calls/day)

- Explain loan products, eligibility, and guide customers through the application process

- Achieve daily/monthly call and conversion targets

- Maintain accurate call logs and customer data in the CRM

Requirements:

- Graduate (any stream)

- Minimum 6 months' experience as a Telecaller specifically in NBFC or Banking (general BFSI experience such as insurance/broking will not be considered)

- Fluent in Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada

- Good communication, persuasion, and listening skills

Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
