Job Responsibilities
Call customers who have received their fashion orders.
Collect customer feedback regarding delivered products such as shirts, pants, and other apparel.
Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach during every call.
Accurately update customer feedback in the system.
Escalate customer concerns, if required, to the concerned team.
Work Schedule
Work Mode: 100% Work From Home
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Eligibility
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
