We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain product and generate customer interest.
- Qualify leads and update customer information in the CRM.
- Schedule follow-ups or appointments for the sales team.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain accurate call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince and engage customers over the phone.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
