We’re Hiring: TELECALLERS – Gig Worker Acquisition
Do you have great communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the drive to hit targets? Come join our growing team!
You’ll be speaking with prospective bike riders / delivery partners and helping them get onboarded with leading gig-work platforms such as Swiggy, Blinkit, Rapido, Porter, Uber and more.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- 📞 Call prospective bike riders and explain available earning opportunities
- 🤝 Convince and assist riders to complete their onboarding
- 📲 Help riders understand the registration and documentation process
- 🔄 Follow up with interested riders and convert leads into successful enrollments
- 📊 Achieve daily and monthly calling & enrollment targets
- 📝 Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records
💪 What We’re Looking For
- Good Hindi communication skills
- Confident and persuasive on the phone
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
- Basic computer / smartphone skills
- Freshers are welcome! Experience in telecalling, sales, recruitment or customer acquisition is an advantage.
