Reservations Executive – Hospitality Sector
We are hiring experienced Hotel/Hospitality professionals for an Inbound Hotel Room Reservations Process for a reputed premium hotel group.
The role involves handling guest reservation enquiries, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable rooms and packages, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering excellent guest service.
Prior Hotel/Hospitality experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and hotel reservation enquiries.
- Assist guests with room availability, rates, packages, amenities and booking-related queries.
- Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable room options.
- Convert reservation enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Clearly explain hotel policies, inclusions, cancellation terms and booking conditions.
- Accurately update reservation and guest details in the system.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with guests.
- Work towards expected booking conversion and service standards.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:
- Hotel Reservations / Central Reservations
- Reservation Sales / Room Sales
- Front Office
- Guest Relations
- Hotel Sales
- Guest-facing hospitality roles involving reservations or customer service
Candidate Requirements
- Hotel/Hospitality industry experience is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Strong guest handling and customer service skills.
- Good sales orientation with the ability to confidently close bookings.
- Comfortable working independently in a Work From Home environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Work Details
Work From Home – India
Break Shift:
- Morning: 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM
- Evening: 7:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Candidates must be comfortable working both parts of the shift.
Weekly Off: 4 rotational weekly offs per month.

- Minimum 50 Mbps stable internet connection
- USB headset
- Quiet and professional work environment
