As a Pet Success Partner, some of your key roles will be "
- Customer engagement & service: You will be the amiable personality that will resonate with pet parents & the pets whenever they need our services. You’ll advise the pet parents on the different services and solutions we offer to create a customised experience for their pet.
- Pet Boarding coordination : You will also need to be on top of your game to ensure trainers, meals and transportation are available as needed for the pets boarding at all of our Dog Lounges. By constantly communicating with our trainers & lounge managers, you will coordinate suitable appointments with the pet parents for the services they seek from us.
About the candidate we seek:
- We need someone who is motivated in making pet parents’ lives as easy as possible.
- We welcome applicants who are interested in the pet space & have no prerequisites on the experience in this industry
- Articulate, polite & friendly candidates who are conversant in English may apply
- Candidates who pay attention to detail are preferred
