JOB SUMMARY
• Manage a team of Customer Service Agents based at office or working remotely to deliver the set Service
Sales & Customer Support goals
• Advice the senior management on implementation of strategy ON recruitment, training, infrastructure,
applications & data security for the team
• Recommend and implement SOPs
• Create & implement a system of reporting to monitor team performance
CORE QUALIFICATIONS
• Confident, articulate, growth oriented professional who brings Deliberate action, Optimism, Sense of
Urgency & Energy to the table
• Graduate with 5-10 years of overall work experience
• 2-3 years as Team Lead / Manager in a Call Centre environment
• Good knowledge of Call Centre set-up, processes & team management practices. Exposure to Sales
Management is desirable.
• Good conceptual thinking ability; planning, organization & analytical skills
• Excellent track record of results and growth with customer centricity, initiative, process orientation,
interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word with good knowledge of CRM platforms / applications
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Any degree (Mandatory)
WORK EXPERIENCE
• 5-10 yrs overall; 2-3 years as team lead / manager in Call Centre environment (preferred). Candidates from
retail, hospitality, airlines and banking will also be considered if they have relevant experience.
SALARY
• 4.80L – 8.00 Lakhs per annum CTC
