Skill Set:
o 1-2 years of sales /marketing experience to work with one of
the leading Ed-techs
o Prior EdTech experience is good to have
o Should have strong communication skills
• Key responsibilities:
o Manage day-to-day operations for smooth delivery of the class
o Manage the Customer Support Team
o Call the customer to book demo classes
o Churn any previous pending leads
o Call the customers for any demo or paid class reminders
o Make about 100+ calls in a day
o Support Educators/Management to interact with customers
o Ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with
immediately
o Represents and provides information on products and services
o Resolves any emerging problems that the business's
consumers might face, with efficiency and accuracy
o Address customer issues/challenges, resolve them in a timely
and efficient manner
o Liaise for customers and the business and assists with
complaints, errors, orders, cancellations, billing, and more
through calls or WhatsApp chat
