Roles and Responsibility
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products and services using scripts
• Cross sell different engagement models
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and schedule appointments with the sales team
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Candidate should take ownership of the leads allocated and submit relevant reports on closures and lead status
Desired Profile
• Proven experience as tele sales representative
• Minimum of 1 year experience in B2B cold calling activities
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of MS office
• Excellent communication skills
• Candidate should own a laptop and should have atleast 30 MBPS Broadband connection speed.

Working Hours: As per the Business Requirements - 9 hours shift
Week Off- Sunday
