Responsibilities:
Understanding of clients needs by going on pre-sales calls and documenting it.
Giving demos of the product/platform and providing necessary solution as per the client's needs.
On-boarding Clients onto the platform and providing necessary support.
Coordinating with internal team.
Keeping the communication channel open with all the stakeholders.
Creating different types of campaigns for the clients with a goal to increase customer interactions for client by 10x.
Sending reports and weekly health reports to clients and all stakeholders.
Up selling & Cross selling of Products to existing clients.
Engaging with the Clients on a regular basis to increase revenue and engagement level.
Skills & Qualifications:
2-4 years of relevant experience in Account Management & Program Management with reputed Marketing or Digital Agency.
Expertise in creation, monitoring and tracking client's marketing campaigns.
MBA Graduates will be preferred with specialization in Sales and Marketing.
Outbound prospecting experience (Telephonic, Web-based Chat & Email).
Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to identify the right customer contacts, communicate the product value proposition and gather key information required to take the sales process to successful fruition.
Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude.
Ability to work in a fast paced, evolving, team environment
Good time-management with strong organizational skills
