Job Description -Telesales Jobs
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Learn details about product and service offerings
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Address any questions or issues customers may have
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and close sales
• Offer solutions based on client's needs and capabilities
• Direct prospects to the client's internal sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Handle Sales grievances as and when required
• Measure identified KPIs
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Compensation to be up to INR 20k per month depending on the project interview and previous work experience
