Job Summary:

We are hiring Outbound Sales Associates for an exciting project with C4 Cloud Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of cloud-based business solutions across India. As part of this project, you will engage with potential B2B customers via outbound calls to promote products such as Office 365, CRM tools, Google Workspace and Cloud Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to SME, startup, and enterprise leads across India.
• Introduce C4 Cloud and its cloud-based service offerings.
• Identify potential clients’ needs and assess their interest in exploring SaaS solutions.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule product demos.
• Accurately update call status, remarks, and next steps in the CRM or Google Sheet.
• Collaborate with C4 Cloud’s technical/pre-sales team for demo scheduling and lead escalation.
• Follow communication and brand guidelines throughout all interactions.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
• Prior experience in telesales, outbound calling, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
• Basic understanding of cloud services like Office 365, CRM tools, or Google Workspace.
• Good organizational skills to manage daily leads and follow-ups.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.

Final Goal:

To generate high-quality leads, schedule product demonstrations, and contribute to closing subscriptions for cloud-based solutions with C4 Cloud.
