What does the job require?
• Out bound calling to potential customers
• Understand their requirement
• Collect information on the call and enter data into the CRM
• Convert leads to actual sales
• Flexible, able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands
• Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers
• Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes
• Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
What mandatory skills should I have ?
• Good selling and negotiations skills
• Ability to engage in a phone conversation and convince the customer
• Knowledge of English and Hindi
• Computer with basic browsing skills
• Minimum 1 year experience in working in the areas of Sales
What other skills will be advantageous to me ?
• Knowledge in Automobile industry
What is my pay-out structure?
• Fixed Pay -Rs. 16,000 for 9 hours with 6 days a week
• Variable Pay - Rs.1,000 to Rs 4,000/- basis on performance
What are the timings?
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM for 6 working days
