Teachmint is looking for stellar Customer Service Executives, who are ready to
work in the exciting field of the Edtech industry.
As Customer Service Executive, you will manage a large amount of Inbound calls,
mails and chats. You will be entrusted with the responsibility to keep records of
customer interactions, document them in the form of clean data and analyse them
to provide feedback to the product team.
In this position you will have the opportunity to learn about the growing field of Edtech,
and work in a fast paced startup environment. In progressive startup setting, your role
will not be limited to your job description, with opportunities to continuously expand
your skill set, aided with support and training from the company and motivated
Responsibility and Qualifications:
● Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service
Representative - Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening and
chatting skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
● Connect to customers over email, phone, live chat and video screen shares -
Quickly address customer inquiries via email, chats, and other online methods
using excellent interpersonal skills
● Maintain a deep understanding of Teachmint product, build content and
educate customers about the most relevant features for their specific business
needs - You will investigate problems, verifying facts, and figuring out
resolutions - Communicate with key team members on common or critical
issues, assisting in the resolution of technical roadblocks
● Punctual and professional with a project management mindset and can-do
attitude - Stay up to date with Teachmint product updates and changes.
● Empathy- Put yourself in the customer’s shoes and see things from their
● Graduation degree
Experience - 1-2 yrs in Customer Service (preferably 6 months of experience in Tech support role - not mandatory, Freshers with Good communication skills are also welcome).
Working days - Rotational Shifts with 1 weekly off
Working hours - Rotational Shifts from 8 AM - 8 PM with 9 hrs per shift
Work Location On premise Bangalore with initial 1 month WFH (due to Covid)
Age - Below 33
Terms and Conditions: Candidate should be flexible to work from office and Rotational shifts as per business requirement.
