Job Description
You will start your exciting journey for BYJU’S as a Customer Success Expert. You will guide users who are part of the Learning Program as well as those who are falling in love with BYJU'S each day and intend to make us an integral part of their learning journey. Being the first line of contact for our callers, the success of the support team is measured by factors like speed and quality of help received. Your primary responsibility is to answer calls and provide quick solution to the caller as per defined process.

• Committed to meeting timelines and maintaining the highest quality standards
• Good in Microsoft office and have decent typing speed
Qualification: Graduate and above
Languages: Proficient in English plus any other Regional language would be an added advantage
Your performance will be gauged on calls handled, call handling skills, documentation and quality of interaction
**Working hours: 10 AM to 8 PM
