Job Summary
This is an urgent requirement of Inside Sales Manager with our reputed E-Learning industry for Bangalore location, Eligible candidates must have good experience in Inside Sales + hands-on experience in Calling, should be comfortable with Immediate Joining.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Customer Relationship Management
- New account development
- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management
- To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.

Key Skills

Required Experience and Qualifications
1 to 4 years of experience from consumer sales, selling educational products or any B2C inside sales exposure.
- Strong knowledge about the E-learning industry or willing to explore the EdTech industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- In-depth understanding of company products, competitors and its position in the industry.
- Demonstrate ability to learn & adapt.

Salary: As per Market Standards (20-30ks)
Salary Negotiable depending on the experience
