We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist who will drive demand for products and solutions in the IT and Software domain.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources, including social media, web, tele calling and more. Once leads identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business' decisions makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them.

Identify and qualify new customers
Prospect new customers through lead generation, follow-up, and cold calling
Identify the correct decision makers within a given business
Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system
Generate Marketing Qualified Leads based on predefined criteria for each account
Setup meetings for senior leadership team after qualification
Hands on knowledge of Email Marketing tools, LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator and other online tools
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience
Experience in working with CRM, Marketing Automation and Email Marketing platforms
Should have a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience in generating leads and business for US and Europe market
Must-have experience in generating leads and business for the IT/ Software domain
Shift Timing will be US shift (8PM to 4AM)
Communication US English
For a couple of month it will work from home depending on the situation, and than work from premises
Salary : Rs.40000
Incentives : Yes
Remuneration : 40000/perMonth
