Description

CUSTOMER SUPPORT
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Prioritising tickets and answering them within SLA
Get on screen share calls to diagnose problems and educating users
Working directly with Engineering to beta test new versions before launch and escalate technical issues within SLA
Analyse daily metrics and proactively reach out to customers regarding issues

You will also:
Update knowledge base and make training videos
Let the rest of the team know about any customers’ suggestions or feedback
1-2+ years of Customer Support experience
Technical expertise (nothing advanced but should be able to pick up technical troubleshooting concepts quickly)
Past remote work experience
Worked at a startup or a SaaS company before
Experience with any ticketing system
Availability: 4 hours, 3 days a week for 2 weeks, increasing to 4 hours a day.

Salary : 15-20ks (negotiable)
