Description

1. Manage large amounts of inbound calls/emails/chats in a timely manner
2. Resolve Customers’ queries or complaints by providing clear information and provide solutions and/or alternatives on calls/emails/chats
3. Keep records of all conversations in our contact centre database in a comprehensible manner
4. Consistently meet and exceed quantitative and qualitative targets
5. Identify bottleneck, call out issues, own up customer issue/track & provide resolution
6. Work within the team and with other functions to resolve Customers’ issues effectively
7. Share process improvement ideas and suggestions with the team’s leadership to improve customer experience
8. Experienced employees will need to mentor and provide floor support to new-joiners
9. 0-5 years of experience required
