Location: Remote (India)
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8 hours/day
Timing: 10 AM - 7PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Expert to join our team and drive growth in the domestic market. This is a remote position ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, results-driven, and have a deep understanding of customer engagement and conversion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Understand customer needs and present tailored product or service solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, product) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the domestic market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
