Job Description


Manages the functioning and day-to-day activities of team

Ensure the team meets the input and output metrics on a daily basis

Assign objectives and duties to the team and ensure that they accomplish their goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Will be responsible for attrition and shrinkage (ensure a backup batch is always ready)

Conduct performance reviews on a regular basis and provide feedback on improvements

Pitch in for training when required

Handle multiple projects simultaneously

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture


Requirements


We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a Call Centre / BPO with either a sales or a customer support background.


Shift timings : 10am to 7pm ( 6 days a week with a rotational week off )


Confident and a go getter attitude


We are looking to hire 3 Team Leaders who are fluent in English and Hindi and 1 Team Leader with fluency in English and Tamil


Salary - 18k - 22k INR per month
