Role Description
The Operations Manager will lead a team of 15 people. The call centre will make calls to give car information and generate showroom visits. Plus make calls to existing customers for car service bookings. The main role of the Operations Manager will be to ensure team productivity by maintaining team discipline, meeting the required headcount, required connected calls per day, required talk-time and thereby achieving the required conversions
Requirements
Experience in a call centre is a must
Experience in a sales process is a must
Experience in managing teams and should have led teams in the past
Should have a target-driven approach
Should exhibit a deep sense of ownership and high energy levels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Experience in the automobile industry is a big advantage
