Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-sales Executive to contribute in generating sales for the client. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, booking site visits and closing sales deals post required follow-ups over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities
1. Lead qualification of the prospective client (Doing outbound calls on the leads provided.)
2. Inform the client about the projects
3. Book the site visit.
4. Checking the requirements and providing options.
5.The candidate must be conversational and should have engaging conversations over the calls.
Qualifications
Candidate must be a Graduate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Eligibility
Minimum 1-year experience in Real Estate sales/Hospitality sales (Luxury rooms/ Premium Suits/Premium Resorts bookings).
Should have dealt with Big-ticket real estate deals.
Remuneration
INR 30,000 per month.
