Job Title: Pre-sales Executive
Location: Chennai (Work from home)
Job Description: Setting up f2f meetings & site visits
As a Pre-sales Executive, you will represent the Builders or Brokers selling residential homes. Your job is to call prospective customers who are looking to buy a house and understand their requirements: Example: location, budget, number of bedrooms, amenities, etc.
After capturing their details, you will pitch the residential project that matches the customer's requirements and give them all the details about the project.
You will then convince the customer to visit the property. Once you set up a meeting, your job is done, it's simple!
Payment: Rs. 18,000 per month + Performance-based incentives
Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 160 client calls per day
- Successfully converse with a min. of 80 clients
- Set up at least 5 client meetings per day
- Follow up on customers for the meetings
Requirements:
- Languages: English + Tamil
- Location: Chennai (Work from Home)
- Shift: Monday to Sunday (Rotational week off)
- Confidence and go-getter attitude
- Prior tele-calling experience is a bonus
- Prior real estate experience is a bonus
