Job Title: Tele-sales Executive

Location: Work from Home

Job Description: Credit card sales, Personal loan sales, D-mat account opening or Insurance sales

As a Pre-sales Executive, you will represent the brand selling either Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, or the opening of D-Mat accounts. Your job is to call prospective leads (Hot or cold) who have shown interest in either buying a credit card, personal loan, or Insurance. Example: What credit card are they eligible for, help them in filling out the form, Explain the benefits, Personal loan eligibility, etc.,

Depending on what process you are calling for, You will then sell the card/ Insurance/ Personal loan. Once you collect all the info, you will send the info to the banking team for further processing. Your job is done, it's simple!

Payment: Rs. 18,000 to 20,000 per month + Performance-based incentives (depending on the process)

Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 200+ client calls per day
• Successfully talk with a min. of 80 clients
• Minimum Sales of 5 credit cards per day, or
• Minimum Sales of 3 insurance per day, or
• Minimum Sales of 2 personal loans per day, or
• Set up minimum 2 D-mat accounts per day

Note - Each responsibility is for different processes. Depending on which project you are selected for, they will change.

Requirements:

• Languages: English + Hindi
• Location: Work from Home
• Shift: Monday to Sunday (Rotational week off)
• Confidence and go-getter attitude
• Prior tele-sales experience is a bonus
• Prior Banking/Financial background experience is a bonus
