Job Description: Real estate - Setting up f2f meetings & site visits. Banking - Credit card sales, Personal loan sales, D-mat account opening or Insurance sales. Automobile - Setting up Test rides, Service bookings, Service feedback or Post sales feedback. And many more.
As a Telecaller/Telesales executive, you will get an opportunity to work in sectors like Banking, Automobile, Realestate,IT sales, etc. Your job is to call either prospective customers who have shown interest in buying a product/service and understand their requirements and sell a card/insurance or Loans, Set up a test ride, Set up meetings with the sales team, and generate interest to subscribe for software, etc.
Example: in Banking - What credit card are they eligible for, help them in filling out the form, Explain the benefits, Personal loan eligibility document collection, etc.,
Depending on what database you are calling, You will then convince the customer for a test ride, book a service, or collect feedback. Once you set up a test ride or service booking, your job is done, it's simple!
Payment: Rs. 18,000 per month to Rs. 20,000 per month + Performance-based incentives
Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 180+ client calls per day
- Successfully talk with a min. of 80 clients
- Min Sales numbers will be based on the process you are selected for
- Follow up on customers who have given a positive response
Note - Each process has a different requirement and will be explained in detail based on suitability.
Requirements:
- Languages: English + Regional languages
- Location: Work from Home
- Shift: Monday to Sunday (Rotational week off)
- Confidence and a go-getter attitude
- Prior tele-calling experience is a bonus
- Prior telesales experience is a bonus
