What does the job require -
- Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high-quality leads for sales
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner
- Document all call information in the CRM according to standard operating procedures.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Schedule Experience Centre visits with our design team as per defined process.
- Make reminder calls to customers & schedule appointments, ensuring that the calls happen as per scheduled time. Keeping records of customer interactions and different transactions, recording details of comments, inquiries & complaints.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
Must have -
- 2 years+ of Presales/Sales experience
- Laptop/desktop with Broadband connection
What other skills will be advantageous to me?
- Experience in Presales, Outbound calling or sales
- Knowledge in Interior industry is a plus
What is my pay-out structure?
- Fixed Pay – upto 22,000 for 9 hours + incentives
What are the timings?
- 10:00 AM to 7.00 PM for 6 working days
- Rotational week-offs
