Sell EDC Machines to Paytm's Merchants

Title: Sales Specialist

Work days: Mon-Sun (Rotational week off)

Work timings: 10 am to 7 pm

Shift: Part-time & full-time

Location: Work From Anywhere

Payout: ₹15,000 Fixed (based on experience) + Incentives up to ₹10,000 per month

Job Description:

The job involves calling verified shopkeepers and retailers and selling them the new ₹2500 Paytm QR cum EDC machine. This is an all-in-one machine for payment modes like credit card/debit card/UPI etc., and hence acts as a POS (Point of Sale). The caller has to inform the features of this machine and book a sale.

Please note: Every shop needs an EDC machine and ₹2500 for an EDC machine is very very cheap, so achieving the target is very simple.

Target:

The caller has a target to sell a minimum of 1 machine per day to qualify for the process. Once the process starts, the caller has to continuously sell a minimum of 1 machine per day to be in the process.

Please note: This is a very simple sales process and the current team members in the process are doing a minimum of 1.5 sales per day within the first 15 days of joining. Top performers go up to 2.5 sales per day post 45 days of working.

Payment Structure & Incentives:

• Below 15 Sales per month - No payment
• 15 - 24 Sales per month - ₹15,000 Fixed
• 25 Sales per month - ₹15,000 Fixed + ₹2500 Incentive
• 26 - 40 Sales per month - ₹200 extra per sale (from 26th sale only)
• 41 - 50 Sales per month - ₹300 extra per sale (from 41st sale only)
• 50 Sales+ per month - ₹500 extra per sale (from 50th sale only)

Requirements:

• Telesales / Sales experience is a must
• Confidence and a go-getter attitude
• Any education
• English + Hindi
