Description

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase our brand

visibility and online presence.

- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms and email marketing

campaigns.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics from social media and email

campaigns to gauge success and areas for improvement.

- Manage daily posts, interactions, and customer responses on all designated platforms.

- Initiate and manage lead generation campaigns that convert followers into leads, and leads

into customers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing to ensure

maximum effectiveness of strategies.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and to gather product

information for promotional purposes.

- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple

channels and customer touch points.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role with a strong portfolio

demonstrating past work and success in lead generation.

- Expert knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,

TikTok, and Google Ads, along with email marketing strategies.

- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and tools to analyze and report on

campaign performance.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with SEO, content marketing, and graphic design tools.

- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar credentials.

- Creativity and experience in content generation.
