Description

Responsibilities :

·     Primary job is Reservation Conversion and Upselling.

· Handle inbound reservation inquiries and effectively convert leads into confirmed bookings.

·  Communicate with customers/potential guests in both English and the preferred language of the guest, providing accurate and timely information about the brand’s hotels & resorts with availability, rates, and policies.

·    Look for opportunities in every conversation to upsell additional services, amenities, or upgrades to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

·   Possess & update good & accurate product knowledge to provide comprehensive information to potential guests.

·   Follow up with potential guests to secure reservations and answer any additional questions or concerns they may have.


Expectations :

·     Ensure all refused business is recorded with reasons for refusal.

·   Ensure that all correspondence has been filed accordingly, with correct and updated information.

·  Adhere to all company credit policies to ensure that all revenue expected will be received.

·     Adhere to pre-set availability and rate controls.

·   Ensure all reservations input in the system are accurate with sufficient backup for reviewing

·     The Management reserves the right to change/extend this job description if necessary, at any point of time during her / his employment


Salary - up to 22k

Week-Offs - Rotational

Working days - 6 days

Timings - 10AM to 7PM
