Job Description:

We are seeking a Tele-caller with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Mutual Fund and Insurance sector. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both English and Hindi languages. This role requires working 6 days a week with Saturday and Sunday included, with rotational offs. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Mutual Fund and Insurance products.
• Provide information about various Mutual Fund and Insurance schemes.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tele calling, preferably in the Mutual Fund and Insurance industry.
• Proficiency in both English and Hindi languages.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of Mutual Fund and Insurance products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
